OECTA Simcoe Muskoka is comprised of three different units.
Our 800 Elementary members teach in schools south to Tottenham, east to Brechin, west to Collingwood and north to Huntsville.
We have 400 Secondary members teaching in schools south to Tottenham, west to Collingwood and north to Bracebridge.
We also have approximately 400 occasional teachers are employed by the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board. These members teach on a daily basis and on long term teaching assignments.
Our Local is situated in the heart of southern Ontario’s summer and winter vacation area.
